Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product delivered

To be eligible for a return or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and should clearly show the issue.

Refund Policy

Once the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or partially used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery

How to Raise a Request

All return or refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with order details and the unboxing video.

Please note: Fragrance performance and longevity may vary based on skin type, environment, and usage. Such variations are not considered defects.
